you can make any booth avi flat chested in either blender or in unity. just click on the body and mess with the chest blendshapes every model is able to be completely flat

Bump, finally got around to it and in unity rindo doesn't have any chest shrink blend shapes. I looked at other models and they aren't able to be completely flat like I'm looking for either.
