coming from a personal creator making nothing more than creations for myself how come you have such trust in such a community that is not honest in its own right and may come back to bite when you look for such people? ontop of that this seems a bit sketchy in its own right to cut a workers pay when they can easily work on there own and if they decide to work for you what are the protective standards to actually getting paid. you can easily scam in this form. i apologize if this seems rude but this application seems with to many risks for most and wouldn't be a smart move to place money or time to
