Yeah. You will be able to make anything you want if you just get into it. Takes awhile though, I understand it takes time and effort, it's even worse if you have a job and/or school. It will be worth it in the long run if you learn avatar making yourself.

Spend your time editing in blender, weights, joining meshes, visemes, etc. Then in unity, making expressions, toggle animations, PB, constraints, and stuff.
All of this takes hours. Hours sitting doing something that is neither for you nor will be of benefit for doing a favor.
You should delete this topic and watch videos about it on YT to do it yourself and thus understand what exactly you are asking for. You may find someone who wants to contradict us and do it for free, but in the end it will be a nuisance.
