If you want these just for the various benefits of Poi toon and not for the Audiolink, then this wont be hard to do yourself.
Just get the newest version of Poi toon from Github, import it and set the materials to use Poi Toon (or Poi Pro if youre fancy)
You will have to reset the Lighting Type as it gets reset to flat by default, I recommend Multilayer Math as it will reuse the colors from the liltoon material.
You will have to after doing that, set the Preset all the way at the top of the material to "Transclipping" on the 2 Transparent materials that lime has ("Hair_Transparent" and "Face_Effect")Everything should work after that.
If you are looking for this due to the Audiolink, you could make the masks yourself and try to configure it (shouldnt be too much pain) but I cant really help you with that.
