i have an avatar called Jordan (pc quest) but shes a vrca file and i want to convert her to a unity file so i can actually upload her, is there nay good tutorials/can someone do it for me?

Send the vrca in my pms, i'll see what i can do
use asset ripper: https://github.com/AssetRipper/AssetRipper
and dump the resulting folder into unity you'll probably have to fix a lot of stuff though and you might get low quality textures
