Help putting Novabeast together?

Hope I picked the right category.
Hello! If someone could provide some kind of helpful guide (or put some assets on a Novabeast for me) I'd be forever grateful. I am a complete newbie at Unity and have no idea what I'm doing. I'm a visual learner, so trying to text-explain it to me will unfortunately only give me more questions than answers. I also need help turning these assets into toggles, so some form of tutorial there would be welcomed as well. Thank you!

@NotHereForMuch its been a while so i hope everything went well. but helpful tip; YOUTUBE AND VRCFURY ARE AMAZING.
youtube and some friends of mine taught me EVERYTHING! hope it works out well for you!!
