How to turn VRCA files into a Unity Package or FBX??

I really wanna make edits to a public model but the files are unavailable to the public. Idk how to rip a model and make it so I can edit it myself. (I wanna change colors and add new clothes)
So I’m looking for any tutorials or tricks to start out doing it myself. (Or if anyone wants to help and do it for me ig?)
I think a FBX file with a working rig would be most useful bc I know how to do the rest myself in Unity. But if I can just change textures in unity with a unity package that’s fine too ig

Also how to get the VRCA files ig too would be nice lol, I’ll be needing them anyway.
