You have to see what is causing it, might be hitting the uncompressed limit meaning you have to remove some stuff or turn down the rez on textures, thry's avatar performance tools help out on avatar size but its not fully accurate but gives you a estimate of whats making it very high

wrote on 9 Jan 2025, 18:54 last edited by@KemonoFriend1260 Oh that was really helpful! From what I've read, apparently there's a bug that doubles texture memory n what not when using unity 2019 which causes an issue when uploading. So Thry's tools were a life saver!

and reduce texture size to 2048 under file>build settings>max texture size>2048>apply -

last time i did such a thing, the model looked all broken, it heavily messed with the texture's of the body and clothing/latex so i stick with default settings just lower it to 2048 so it saves a bunch of space, will never change crunch settings ever again. theres a reason why vr avatar creators have it set the way they do.
