What I've been doing for my non normal bases is exporting the unitypackage into unity, finding the FBX, exporting that into blender and using a couple blendshapes and the sculpt tool to create the abs/buff the arms, and other muscle groups. After I'm done I import the new fbx into the same unity scene as a different FBX file. then recreate the avi (just using the same gesture manager, FX controller, etc) but I have to remove animations that move bones because the scale is always messed up and I don't know how to fix it. Then I use images like the ones I've provided as a darkening decal with a very low alpha to provide shading / detail to the abs.
These images were AI generated so they don't require a license as far as I'm aware.
Is it perfect? Hell no, but it does work surprisingly well. If you look at the models I've edited you'll see one of these files in there@Furry_Fricker question do you know how to add muscle definition like make the arms a bit bigger and stuff
