shared here: https://forum.ripper.store/topic/6109/looking-for-vrc-head-replacing-tool-found-by-kiryuchann/31@eiron I believe this tool https://booth.pm/ja/items/4519446 only works for the avatars that are compatible with it (according to the description) and it autogenerates and places the head on the body.
Meanwhile, I tested out the Chimera maker and I'm able to manually adjust the head for a better arrangement rather than have it auto-placed onto the body for any avatar. I believe the Chimera maker can also work on gumroad avatars considering all you need to do is move the head onto the body and use the tool to stitch the body and head together. The only thing you should worry about is the position of the view as you need to manually adjust it to fit the avatar's height if it changes.
