Not the asset your looking for but I made my own MMD addon here if you haven't seen it yet.
not sure if mine is as good as this one but I hope it's somewhat helpful until this is shared.

Please refrain from asking me questions about how to use Unity or how to import assets.
Kindly try to resolve such matters on your own, for example by using a translation tool to read the asset’s product page.

this one works similarly to matsuda's, both of them disable the fx layer
