Honestly, I've given up at this point to this model ever getting fixed.
Best options for a crocodile or gator model would be...
Kroxigor by VulgarVictor (and the male edit, Isskar by GrandNinjaHanzo)
Forge Spino by Eglantine (Remove the Spinosaurus bits and use the flex sliders to make a Gator or Gharial)
Draconian by Alber (Enough flexes to make a Gator or Croc with all the bits needed)
