Have a good mood and decided to share my version of military Milltina. 
Screnshoots are EXAMPLE(!), materials of dark skin for Milltina and flag are not included (default Milltina textures only).
Avatar have GogoLoco, HUD system, bodysuit/bikini set, assetst of assault rifle and pistol.
All assets was found here.
I know about few issues with assets, but my knowledge is limited to fix them. ¯\(ツ)/¯Download link will live until 24 October.
->(!) It is not Unity file, it is folder of avatar project itself, so put it in right place.

For example place where VCC create folder of your new Unity projects.
...\AppData\Local\VRChatCreatorCompanion\VRChatProjects
