@BPD its not smaller its wrongly moved back, ltiereally half the avtar is like that. When i exported my fbx from blender from editing it the whole avatar shift was fixed.

So the Boob_L, Y Position is incorrect, I just coppied the Y from the R side and pasted on L and it works, the Boob Size Slider also works fine after this.
