It definitely wasn't there the 2nd time around because I clicked it a few moments after the link was sent and it was gone already

From the above picture, and the comment section at the bottom seems the post saying they got it , is the same that says they did the link.

I imagine it is a similar situation to how Google Drive does things. It got taken down by their automated system and it being uploaded again probably instantly got it taken down even before the link was posted here. The first time around, probably was allowed to be up for 15-30 minutes before it got taken down
