I am willing to buy it, but this part makes me concerned about that being possible since it means having the base...which is 50, so it would be 75 combined. I guess we can wait 'til someone who has the base comes along, then I could pay 'em $25 and they can buy it?

This should work, you may need to install Unity 2019.4.31f1 (old vrc version) then import the unity package with the old versions of poyomi and the other old versions of the required avatar files (vrcfury whatever) then migrate your 2019 build to the new build (DO NOT UPDATE POYOMI) and it should work fine after that
