new to vrc avi making and having trouble figuring out how to both test and setup SPS

super new to avi making but i'm having a lot of fun!! i want to add sps to my model, installed this sps quick fit: https://booth.pm/en/items/8457020
i added it to the model perfectly fine but i'm unsure on how to test it within unity. i just want to use it with items i'm adding to my model, also confused if i need to configure certain items to work with sps or if the items will just work with it. can't find many tutorials out there so i would love if someone could help me, thank you in advance

sps is free to use and easy to set up, im sad people still sell setups for it.
to test if sps is working, and you have wholesome config installed in your vcc. go to tools, wholesome, click on your avatar and click add test penetrator. if you have your own toy youd like to use, make sure it has a plug on it by either creating a game object and adding the SPS Haptic Plug, dragging the object onto your toy's beginning armature bone.
