Sorry to bother you but could you provide a simple tutorial on how to use this repository? I tried installing it myself but failed,really unfortunate:(

@tiantiande First, install node. Download and unzip the archive. Then run the command (corepack enable), then (yarn add @babylonjs/ktx2decoder), then (pnpm enable). Install Firefox. Then I moved the src folder to system 32. Only then was I able to run the download command, and it downloaded to the system 32 folder. Run CMD as administrator. I don't know how well I did it, but the main thing is that it works.
If you need the download to a different folder, then before entering the commands, for example, immediately navigate to drive D and unzip the archive there.
It's difficult, but possible. XD

@cepxak @tiantiande moving the src file to system 32 shouldn't be necessary, i've had everything extracted to its own folder and was able to run the command just fine! it should spit all the textures and .json files into debug folder and the .vrm into the main folder.

@tirofinale I did everything the simple way: the command line starts with system32. As a result, that's where she was looking for the src folder, so I gave her that folder, and since the Node command was running there, it downloaded there. On the laptop, I changed the start command to drive D, and everything ended up on drive D.
