i don't really feel like explaining but it's basically cause the id's you see in the file names doesn't correspond with the vrchat avtr blueprint id, cause they are two completely seperate identifiers

also the confusion about wrong vrca, no, it's most likely an avatar you asked for, the avatars in the file name is named as the creator has named them on the initial upload, if the creator has updated the avatar 50 more times the new updated name is not gonna be reflected in the downloaded .vrca filename.

Same reason as other people, you were newly registered, making one of your first posts and most likely was put through some kind of auditing, hence why I couldn't see your post.
