@Kokomimo yes! just set the scale on the ears in the armature to 0 and attach the new ones with vrcfury armature link or modular avatar!

@Kokomimo just copy the original physbone for the original ear, paste the physbone to the new ears and then shrink the original ears to 0 in their transform of the bones then put the new ears into the head bone

@PLOOF That looks like a retexture with just one accessory and bone transforms. I could replicate this using the original avatar and fix it. Maybe I could release it
