@mrman1061 im pretty sure its a body shapekey, you should just have to go the main mesh and move the slider back to default and make sure you apply it to the mesh

Because if you're meaning this? Then yes, that file is all of the starter resources needed for a uPack. It may as well have just gotten done 3d modeling and about to be started turning into one -
