Is it just me or is jule3d being a bully to a smaller creator??

So there's some useless drama going around in the Jule3d Discord server where Jule3D is claiming that this smaller creator, Admiral, is blatantly copying her avatar, Kini, a Brazilian cultural-themed avatar. Then Admiral's avatar is basically the same idea but different in a way. They both have a certain outfit that Jule is completely bothered by, even tho she sells it as an outfit in her shop for people to use and sell on their own avatars WITH CREDIT!! Which I'm assuming Admiral was going to do, but they, I guess, aren't anymore because Jule had a huge tantrum in her Discord server about how she "blatantly copied my work" and "She literally took the assets off of my Kini avatar!!" and then made a google document exposing this creator and encouraging people to not support Admiral and to not buy from them because they are EVILL!!! I think personally Jule is overreacting, and Jule being the larger creator encouraging her fanbase to literally attack the other person is insane (not that she's actually telling them to do that. It's just the fact that telling your fans not to support a certain creator because they have the same outfit as your avatar is crazy to me, but that's just my opinion) and when I see the two avatars I see way more differences than there is similarities like the bras are different the panties are different the colors and the beading is WAYY different from Kini's and I don't get how this affects her at all.

Just because someone else wants to make a Carnival-style outfit and uses yours as inspo isn't wrong, and culture is supposed to be shared. Why are we gatekeeping a CULTURAL OUTFIT??
Here's the doc, btw, if you want to see for yourself and form your own opinions, but personally I feel like bringing down another creator that's way smaller (to me it's kind of sending the message of yes let's attack this person) is a very awful thing to do and I think Jule needs to be told that she's a bully in my opinion. I'm open to knowing yours, but that's what I got out of this situation. I read it through, and I didn't really see anything bad about Admiral's avatar. I think it's beautiful.

Also, she complained about both of the avatars being a fucking leopard. She needs to get a GRIP

They lowkey did copy, but this has been an ongoing issue for many years in vrchat and I'm not sure why they think its going to stop just for them
+ there are also many avatars that were made many YEARS before jule came around that looked just like that as well. They were just very hard to find back then. Almost nothing is OG anymore unless its a extremely unique, or unexplored design area. Sucks, but no point in them making a whole post to defame someone unless they straight up just resold your own model with little edits.

Honestly, am I the only one who rolls their eyes whenever an avatar creator says another is "stealing" their design? Almost nothing is unique in terms of designing an avatar's theme. You can't claim a theme. Don't be surprised that 10 other people will probably also release a carnival themed leopard girl within the same month or plan to. Now, I would understand if Admiral was claiming that every asset used was 100% their own and made by them or accusing them of the same, but that doesn't seem to be the case at all. Secondly, what do you, Jules, expect when some of these assets are best sellers and highly purchasable by others? The point of commercially licensable items is for other creators to use them- of course you will end up seeing said creators end up with exact assets on different avatars. I have little to no respect for creators like Jules because they don't realize they are not unique, they're not special, and yes: they WILL be replaced by better creators with better attitudes towards the vrc community.
But with all this being said: I also do not think Admiral is fully innocent. I do find it a bit suspicious how they started making their avatar a month after Jules's avatar was announced and one of the assets seemed to be modified similarly around necklace area, but it could've still been a coincidence even with the necklace (some people stack jewelry for a bigger, fuller effect). Again, carnival is not a unique theme especially during the actual carnival season when people want to celebrate in VR and creators want to profit off the holiday season.

No one can steal an idea that was never ORIGINALLY THEIRS, and no one should be shamed for buying assets that are sold. Personally, Jule is in the wrong because she should know this being a longer made creator, Shes upset someone had the same idea and executed differently. the beading, the stockings, and so much more is different from jules design. Can we all as human beings just stop devolving for drama? If its a purchasable item, it can be used. Doesn't mean you have copyrights over a idea that was founded by the artists that made the movie they both referenced. Shes an adult she should not be throwing stupid and meaningless words around just to get a blacklist made on a small creator because maybe, some people dont like the anime look? They have clearly different design choices, yes same idea for the outfit and theme but different bodies, textures, hair, and even fucking face. OH MY GOD vrchat creators love drama when they dont have enough fucking attention.
