if you wanna give it a go any way-
Easy version without blender:
Use the Lime variant of the outfit and scale it down
Chiffon is a smoller version of Lime's body, so scaling down the outfit in Unity works fine, and you can move/rotate the bones of the headdress/ears to make it look more natural fitting, just set the scale of the 'Dolly Puppy' prefab to .8965 (iirc)ripperoni & meatballs
