LF a fix and optimization for FNIA goat edit

PC shaders are broken and despite much of the clothing removed and textures reduced I was still getting over 15 megabytes over quest tolerance. I suspect It has something to do with the menu textures unused in the avatar.

@The_SharkDen Thanks! worked like a charm figuring out what the issues were, them being horrifically the under-optimized and the over 200k blendshape hair lmao

anyone fix it yet?
@spiderfucker Decided to give it another look at, same problems unfortunately, the hair alone accounts for 8 MBs over the optimization goals (would have to replace it with a better optimized model) and the rest are from the outfits (should be an easy fix, just delete anything you don't want). However, If ya don't really care about quest side I do have a slightly better version I can send ya
