This runs on Windows.
I’m writing this even though I don’t fully understand it, so there might be some mistakes, but
since it’s working out for me, I’ll jot it down here.

Step 1 — mitmproxy

Install following the official instructions.

After installation, add the following to the whitelist:

*.vrchat.cloud

Add any other domains as needed.

Step 2 — Caddy Server

Install following the official instructions.

If using the binary version, arrange your files like this:

Once Caddy is running, you can browse the file list at:

Steps 3 & 4 — AssetRipper / udon-decompiler

Not fully understood yet. Ask an AI for help with these.

Step 5 — redirect-request (mitmproxy script)

Download useful-mitm-scripts and arrange your files like this:

After Setup — How to Use

Plain-text VIP lists

For worlds that exchange VIP lists in plain text, if the target data looks like this:

Add your name to the list and save the file as (e.g.) Vips.txt
Place it in CADDY/Files/
Use VRCX to copy the VIP list URL from the game log
Add the following entry to redirect-request.yaml:

[original URL]: http://localhost/[filename]

Re-enter the world — it should now load your modified list.

If I understand correctly? Those tools are meant to grab any paid content straight in vrchat for free? Vip in worlds, items, marketplace avatars? Vrc+?

@Donut it just seems like it's meant to intercept data from VRChat regarding things like VIP/Patreon stuff not marketplace

This is strictly intended to intercept Patreon lists and the like; it is not designed to simply steal content from VRC+

Also, since almost all creators encrypt their patron lists and the like, you'll have to figure that out on your own.

There is some risk, but it is not necessarily very high as long as this does not modify the VRChat client, bypass EAC, or interfere with official VRChat services such as api.vrchat.cloud.
However, safety cannot be guaranteed. Use this at your own risk.

If you want to try it out safely, you should give it a try in offline mode.

That was code for decoding the VRCLinking list, but since I had only tested it in one creator’s world, I was concerned it might not be reproducible, so I deleted the post.

Also, if you could send me the world URL, I could test it in that world.

Never mind I figured out how it worked I did need AI to walk me through it but I also have now turned it into a simple HTML program for ease of use With importing files into it to decode Let me know if you Would like a copy of it also any chance you know anything about decoding disbridge

@RoseVelvette Since this world uses a plaintext whitelist, you can easily activate the keypad.

All you need is
a “Whitelist.txt” file with your name listed in it.
All you have to do is intercept the loading of the original URL, and you’re done.

Create two new text files and paste the contents of install.ps1 and VIPTools.ps1 into them.
Then, run install.ps1.
Before running it, I recommend asking an AI or someone knowledgeable to review what the code does. Do not blindly trust third-party scripts from the internet.

How to Use
1.Run "VIPTools.bat"
2.Add redirect rules:
Original URL: the URL you want to capture
Local URL: the local file URL to serve instead

3.Click Save.
4.Click Start All.
When finished, click Stop All.
