Is there anyone I can hire or ask to fix the VRCA files I have?

I'm not really great at fixing these things and there are hardly any tutorials around. I'm wondering how would someone like me go and ask to fix the VRCA file avatars? Since it's very awkward to go up to someone and say "Can you fix my ripped model?"

@Shinzumakami hire me! o.o could do it for 15$ if all you need is just the unity files and FBX for the model,
but if you'd like to have the avatar fully fixed for uploading, it'd depend on the complexity of the avatar
