I don't know nothing about making it into a unity thing, but I can get the vrca and maybe make a .blend file

@Hypin i believe rips don't give you the fbx, which is required for a blend file. they give you just the avatar file itself, which you're unable to open except for the prefab

I made two .blend files one of them still has the empties the other is just the mesh and armature because I have no idea what's needed to put it back into VRC

edit: I just tested the files and everything is working on my end, are you opening the .blend files with Blender 5.0?
