if anyone has tool to click and edit bones when the animation playing or willing to fix them for [Milltina] I would be forever greatful!!!!

the hands keep moving forward and back and the fingers are lets say are cursed. if anyone can give tips or tools that i can use to make it easier to edit, it on my own it would be mercy on my poor soul!
