Confusion with some file types

Hello, this is probably dumb question but sometimes when I try to open a file to get the model, these things: Install.Ink, properties.bat, and res.ico pop up and I do not know what they mean or how to get the avatar from them.

Best don't click those, they probably will infest your PC, all that the model should be in is a .unitypackage file. If you're in a .zip folder, those are avatar contents, ignore them. Although you could be a little more specific on your situation.
