@Angelic.Asta gave it a lil look earlier, you pretty much just unpack the rar file and then drop the "asset" folder of the rar package inside the main asset folder in your unity project, then look for a scene file (use the searchbar for it) and double click on it or drag it into the hierarchy of the project
you'll very likely have to fix a lot of stuff like missing scripts and similiar tho
