IM ASSUMING from the image that jojo explains how to make cloth cages for your model to simulate physics without intense framedrops. If she is then you can try to use simplicage (an addon that creates cages for physic emulation), but idk im relatively new to cages so yeah

If anyone is looking to add cloth cages (realtime physics) to their blender models, you can try jigglemaker by Lewdineer (someone on here posted the full addon) Lewdineer in their twitter account has a tutorial on how to use the base preset and how to make custom cages to add to ur model using the addon too
IDK how similar Jojomingle's was to Lewdineer's, but i found this addon by jojo stating they used their addon before and called it nice.
