It seems to be a ripped/bought shop avatar from the person in my previous ripped post. The person who either ripped, or bought the avatar made it public, and was looking to make use of the moment.

@bduanaubaa I ripped it for you but holy fucking shit I'm not even sure I managed to fix it correctly cuz my unity was tweaking out hard from how unimaginably heavy this avi is
It has 361 million particles, 4 million polygons and so on but there you go (there's also the original .vrca in there if you need it for anything):
