I'm pretty sure the black bar is the shadow that her avatars have on it ! If you add the materials to it I think it removes it but i'm not sure this is just a hunch.

I know its a long shot but does anyone happen to have the base and head edit kaiylast uses? I've tried exporting it from unity but a black bar appears over the face and i just dont know how to get it working. Thxx

@villianrae I detached the head from the body i took the body and head from her avi sugar so you may need to get that for textures and stuff idk tho

@BurntTofu for sure! so what i do is i delete everything i dont want on the avatar including all extra bones then i use unitys fbx exporter to export it...(if you dont know how to do that, at the top of unity there is a little tab called window clik that. then go to package manager and make sure its on unity registry packages and not the ones you own. then in the search bar all the way to the right look up "fbx" and itll be the only thing to pop up and then install it!) then go to your avi in the hierarchy, right click on the package and then click the option that says export to fbx. then you take that fbx into blender go into edit mode and if you are lucky click "L" while hovering over the head and itll select the head and the right click and select seperate by selection! and if you are unlucky you will have to select and remove it by yourself...(idk if any of that made sense but if you cant figure it out i dont mind doing it) Good luck!
