LF: Blender help with converting a Zenless MOD into a VRC avatar

I'm not too sure if its all too possible, I've seen people say it is and talk about it, I just have little to no knowledge of how to use blender, but my sister does. If theres any way someone can give me directions or even convert it for me, that'd be great. The mod itself on gamebanana got deleted but I have all the mod files if anyone is interested in it as well. Its a really pretty mod lol.
