Void Paradise Asset Help

So i recently got the void paradise asset but cant seem to get it working "properly". The asset is meant to be something like a ear ring and when you pull on it the hourglass snaps to your hand. Then grabbing it with your other hand does some domain stuff. It works mostly but my main issue is the grabbing part? Does not work. The physbones also do not work and are "Stiff" and dont move at all. The asset has text in the project claiming something about "Headchop" but i have no idea what im doing with that.
I am willing to share the asset if anyone can help with this -w-

it's hard to see how it works with them turning their ass to the screen. I'd have to see it in action cause they don't.
@TokeiNeko Well i cant exactly show it myself but i can provide the asset if you wanna mess with it.

Do remember that it for some reason works fine in Unity but in VRC itself it seems to "break"

so, from what I looked at tested, there is no contact on the earring. The only way to activate it is via the in game menu. You also have to put the bone constraint to it, since it's not set up.

it means that it has no contact on the earring to take it off to activate the effect. It can only be done via the in game menu. When you put it on your ear or where ever, you will need to add that bone in a it. I'll post a picture after a while, I only just got home from a ren faire and I'm exhausted.

These, you need to set the bones in those like in these pictures. For me, it was a ear bone since I was using a Novabeast, and then the right hand needs it as well.
@TokeiNeko Small bit of confusion but ill try putting it into practice and see what happens
