Hey so, found out the chest issue, the spine and chest rigs are like swapped IIRC, I uploaded the model to my acc a bit ago but if you check the FBX and go to the rig and swap the spine and chest you should be good. (thats thanks to Kai I even found that out)

@xXAlphaWolfXx thanks, i was taking a look on blender and i think the rig is exporting wrong to fbx, because is working better on the default unity file on unity, also i think it needs bones for the butt jiggles, here are the blender things i got Download Link (workupload.com)
