So after experimenting a bit, I noticed that the reason why this base doesn't have physbones is because of the fact that the bones (Boob_L, Tummy Jiggle) for example don't have a tip bone. Therefore, because it's a singular bone it has no chain to make a physbone out of.
How to fix the physbones: First, find the bones that should have physbones (Boob_Root, Butt_Root, Tummy Jiggle, Thigh Jiggle). Find the children to them (Boob_L, Butt_L) and right click on them to see a button that says, "Create Empty". Click it and put "_End" at the end of it so that it looks like this -> "Boob_L_End". It's important that it goes down like a chain so it should look like this "Boob_Root -> Boob_L -> Boob_L_End" and move the end part around the tip of the nipple (or on the outer part of the skin for other bones) so that it'll create a long enough chain for the physbone (Make sure your gizmos are on so you can see the line and that the root bone has a physbone component!) .
Now when it comes to the thigh jiggle and tummy jiggle, do the same by adding "_end" to it and extending the distance of the end part. The root of the chain should have the physbone component so that it automatically adds it to the rest of the chain. -

The root of the chain should have the physbone component so that it automatically adds it to the rest of the chain.@yender there’s way easier ways the doing all this for one you can add and bones in blender is you click the armature the click tab to go into edit mode select either a boob bone, thigh bone, or butt bone and shift select the other bone (other butt, boob, or thigh bone) then click E to extrude the bones and drag out, I find it easier to go up to where you see the all the axis in the top right corner and select either I believe x or y so you’re looking at the model from the side for boob and butt and the front for thighs OR if you’re lazy go into the physbone then where you see end point position mess with that it’ll allow you to make the physbone loner and it’ll show there’s no need to put in all that work. If you need I can send over an fbx with end bones.

@yender there’s way easier ways the doing all this for one you can add and bones in blender is you click the armature the click tab to go into edit mode select either a boob bone, thigh bone, or butt bone and shift select the other bone (other butt, boob, or thigh bone) then click E to extrude the bones and drag out, I find it easier to go up to where you see the all the axis in the top right corner and select either I believe x or y so you’re looking at the model from the side for boob and butt and the front for thighs OR if you’re lazy go into the physbone then where you see end point position mess with that it’ll allow you to make the physbone loner and it’ll show there’s no need to put in all that work. If you need I can send over an fbx with end bones.
