Trying to find the base of the head

Hi, I recently saw a screenshot of this avatar and I tried to find the head of this avatar myself but I didn't find anything. I would be glad if you could help me in my search. (´｡• ω •｡`)

@eldern like with other blendshapes? I just don't remember the face moving like that. Milta's face is sharp, but here it is more rounded.

Booth models usually have a bunch of blendshapes you can play around with. It could also be edited in blender
