Here's the hoodie.
This comes with .fbx and .psd files. This is the version before the physbones update, so you might need Dynamic Bone.
To attach to the model, use AvatarTools (free on booth, select the first red button). There's a manual in the description of this page, just use DeepL if you need English. -
