Very desperate for this KM-styled Sarah model. It's available for MMD, but I don't use that program. One artist by the name of Allstarman made a port of her, but I've tried reaching out with no response.

yo just popping in here to say you can use the MMD model in blender. open up a recent-ish version of blender and go to edit > preferences > get extensions > repositories > advanced > and check the box that says requires access token. from there you can click on the search box and type up MMD tools. once it installs go to file > import > MikuMikuDance Model > and then locate the model on your drive. the import feature works great, and the model is quite impressive with its features

Joyous days!
It's a little scuffed, but better than nothing! -
Someone made a SFW VRC model of it here: https://vrchat.com/home/avatar/avtr_65a3d508-caca-4706-a666-4e26eca6032d
