@Anu_ hmmmm .. theres also been said, that during the time the convos were happening he was freshly 18 .. I would say, that 18 and 16 (which was the age of the minor), therefore not even 2 whole years or age gap, aint much of a age gap and its more or less fine and cant be really considered as being pedo .. peeps on the internet get way too excited and hateful when someone pulls the p word allegations
@rea007 regardless of is he just turned 18 or was older, once you're 18, it is illegal to do anything explicit with minors. And if i remember correctly, the minor kept telling POINTLESS that he was a minor, and yet POINTLESS continued. Also, i believe it was multiple minors, but there was like 1 or 2 confirmed. 18 and 16 is still illegal and an adult doing things to a minor. Its still wrong, and he still needs to be held responsible

@ShikaNara its not necessarily illegal, it depends on the jurisdiction of the state/country, where you live in .. also, I just take it the way, that while you become 18 its not some "magical" point in life, where you "all the sudden" become an adult .. I would agree, that it would be sus, if the age gap was greater than 2 years (fe 4), while one of the individuals being a minor, this seems to me like "make a mountain out of a molehill" type of affair
while yes, I agree, that pushing/being persistent towards the other individual against their will is bad and was a mistake, its not pedo bad type of stuff -
