remember to remove the .gz from the file so it becomes a normal unity package.

@Sheekyy You don't have to...
Open Unity. Assets menu > Import Package > Custom Package.

if your having trouble renaming the file to remake it a unity package search up "how to enable file extensions in file explorer" for your windows version

@jochatloquace No lol I'm sorry that was ages ago but it's genuinely not that hard to make quest compatible using vrcquest tools honestly. (if their isn't a convert already)
