It's already known they use things like templates and bases so finding assets is probably the harder part. Speaking of bases, does anyone remember what exactly is the one 3nder uses for bodies and cocks all the time? I was thinking of looking for it and maybe using it for my own personal pet-projects.
@Seaport636 iirc they use the panda base and some of the penis they use were scarlett but the newer ones i dont know probably still scarlett but their own edit of it

I'm planning on making my own model using a Sana VRM for a few parts but I have no idea how to transfer to head over to the body. I'm new to this whole thing. I'm surprised I've gotten this far, honestly. Anyone able to help me out?

You want the Kimera head replacement tool, it's the best at this sort of thing.
@pepep I was more looking to put the head on the body in Blender. But I'm a bit stumped on how to make it so the head bone is on the new base. Is it simpler to just wait until I move the base to Unity?

I can't comment on Blender as I absolutely loathe it and make a point of never using it lmao.
Kimera is honestly incredibly simple to use and I've never had issues with it. Just load the unity package, read the instructions and you're good.

Things seem to be coming along fine. The TVF base had a guide for putting a head on the body. I decided to put the head down so it covered some of the neck to avoid having to deal with merging vertexes, and it looks fine enough. I don't know the side effects of doing this since it's my first time attempting something like this but I'll get there when I get there I suppose. The only thing I need to find now is some clothes to put on it, which is the hardest part in my eyes since I can't seem to find any ready-to-use TVF clothing on here or VRM, and the tutorial for making the clothing weightpaints/shapekeys adhere to the model doesn't seem to do much. Here's a picture of what I have so far. For anyone wondering, no, this isn't an attempt to recreate 3nder's Sana model, I'm just making this as a personal project.

Found some free clothes here and there for the TVF base. It's surprisingly hard to find clothes for this base for some reason... Someone should really consider going through some of the more popular outfits for bases and seeing if they can rig them up for TVF. Nonetheless, it seems like it's basically done. That's the first major hurdle; the next one is actually getting everything set up for VRChat. That might be the hardest part of this! If anyone has a guide to help streamline things that would be really appreciated.

There is outfits for the base on jinxxy, gumroad and payhip and here they are just scattered everywhere and you have to search for them on those websites

Is anyone here experienced with taking models that are mods and turning them into blend files or even FBX's? I've stumbled upon this persons mods for gacha games and they look really nice. Sadly they don't release the blend files from what I've seen?

@INSERT_NAME_HERE I know I'm pretty late to the topic of Miku but I'm still somewhat having trouble applying the correct textures to her, honestly it feels like I'm mix and matching a lot of them with some working with others, while some barely change at all. Have you figured a way out around it yet? Sorry if I come off as a little slow I'm still pretty new to this unity stuff
