Ngl...after going through her Twitter n stuff this could possibly be easily remade using her breah Avi (if you want all the inflation stuff) and doing a little head edit since it looks like they might have made it themselves since they create avatars (Plus the head doesn't look like any I've seen before) and just finding a Frieren outfit and accessories somewhere. Or however you see fit
