@sinose goto the root of the avatar, in the inspector scroll down, click "add component", then type "parameter compressor".

@Sznn i've added my own physbones before or edited ones with diff settings but any tips on what i should edit at all??

Personally I would turn down the momentum on the exaggerated physbones like the butt and thighs. I'm not very good at them myself but thats where i would start! -

so i've figure out its the thigh jiggle messing with the hip dips but still after messing with all the settings the weird twitching is still there. i think it may be her reusing the physbone settings from her last avi ( which was weeby base) and now that shes switched back to egirl base its causing the issue because normally her re-rigg and physbones are really good but i've still have yet to come up with a solution
