no matter what you do, the avi is so broken and briella dont wanna fix any of it
she dont even test her avis in game befor she sells them on payhip
i have a whole list of issues wrong with the avatar

@kittycatmeow23 any luck? im about to try myself to fix her i was running into a similar issue with silas as well
@windbreaka still no fix , its sad that the creator doesnt try out her avis before selling them

Mine uploaded perfectly fine? I made sure to import vrcfury into cc. I then went under the avatar descriptor and added the parameter compressor which then, i was able to upload and have no complications. U could try this link instead to see if the package was the issue.

@swagger.pants hi so i used unity 2022 and sdk 3 import vrcfury and poi with vrcft
once you open project and import sienna you want to click her in the hierarchy go to inspector and scroll all the way down to the bottom where you see add component. Once you see that click it and search for vrcfury parameter compressor, open it and tick all the boxes (ignore the warnings) . That should be it, if you need help with anything else lmk. I will say tho the Face tracking works but something is wrong with it and i need to figure out what it is, when you look left to right you can see the back of her eyeballs
