@Yiffalicious yes and no, its unique by the fact the hair part of the texture is replaced for the breasts of the model, the hair is its own material in the package

Lacks an SSP file for it, you'll have to pop the FBX into Substance...

@deadmen35 Drag the FBX into Substance and you can paint it directly from there.
The standard yeen texture works, but the hair on that is where the tits are on the bimbo...
