@Donut Here is the Wiki explanation, I believe it does justice enough:

"Decora (デコラ) is a Japanese aesthetic and style that revolves around an excessive amount of accessories, the primary focus being colorful plastic hair accessories and bracelets. It is often associated with Harajuku Fashion."

In terms of this post: Hairpins, bows, small hair accessories, face stickers/decals/ect, plushies (incredibly picky, but am open to suggestions).

The more wildly excessive and "loud" it is, the more I tend to gravitate towards it.
