@PumpkinSpiced Did you open the blend file lol? Someone on vrmodels found out it was probably the creator that wanted to troll us with a broken file. In the comments there someone made a list of whats wrong with it as well.

idk if anyone cares , things that are messed up:
-UV (projected with broken blendshape on)
-mixed flipped normals
-some bones wrongly named
-some missing bones / merged bones
-broken blendshapes
-missing vert in belly button
-dot with 980k+ tris in belly button

My experience goes as far as fixing the UV map and normals so I got that working. But blendshapes and bone weights is something I cant do sadly.
