Hello!
I believe this base model is available on VRModels under the name of 'Neko', Uploaded by Caspey on 19-10-2021 (19:42), You should be able retrieve the base from there, However for clothing. I do believe you would have to fit clothing that you'd like using Blender! I have been unable to find drop and fit clothing, So I am currently making some of these models by refitting clothing myself. (I can send a link if need be, However using those parameters above, You should be able to find the Model).
